If you are like me, you can appreciate a quality pair of suede high heel shoes, especially when the situation calls for it. Most women would associate suede with business attire because it demonstrates an ounce of style and a touch of class. When I see a woman wearing suede high heel shoes, I usually sit back and make a judgment call on the person. Most people don’t like being judged, but I can’t help but judge them as super classy and a person who knows fashion.

Although leather is more common for high heel shoes when it comes to social gatherings, suede should not be put on the shelf (no pun intended). In terms of suede high heel shoes, there are some excellent brands that really hit the mark. My favorite brands are Fitzwell, Nina, Gabriella Rocha, and Softspots.

The great thing about Fitzwell is the variety of suede colors and the comfort. Nina is known for the lower heel style which is nice for taller people. In terms of blending professionalism, style, and cutting-edge trends, Gabriella Rocha is a great choice. Lastly, I like Softspots for the comfort, durability and price.

Unless you wear high heel shoes every day, you will need to pace yourself when you get a new pair. I recommend wearing a new pair of high heel shoes for no longer than four hours at a time. I know that this sounds unreasonable if you are in the middle of a workday, but it pays to take off your heels for twenty minutes or so before going another few hours.

Another option is to wear the high heel shoes on the weekend or on an off day so that you are not locked in for an eight hour day. Don’t get me wrong, if you are experienced with wearing high heel shoes than go ahead and wear them to your heart’s content. But if you are novice, just take things in moderation.
